Construction Specifications
The superstructure is an RCC framed, earthquake-resistant construction with external block walls. Flooring in living and dining areas uses branded vitrified tiles of 1200mm x 600mm. The master bedroom features wooden or laminate flooring with skirting, other bedrooms use branded vitrified tiles of 1200mm x 600mm, and balconies are finished with GVT or terrazzo tiles. Kitchen flooring is vitrified or anti-skid vitrified tiles, and toilets use anti-skid ceramic or design tiles.
The kitchen counter is a combination of high-quality granite and quartz with a stainless steel sink with drain board. Kitchen dado is ceramic tiles 600mm above the counter area. Sink tap is a sink-cork wall-mounted counter tap from Parryware, Jaquar, or equivalent. Toilet walls are finished with branded ceramic glazed tiles up to door height, with premium quality wall-hung WC and washbasin with counter from Jaquar, Parryware, or equivalent, and provision for geyser in all bathrooms.
Main doors use an elegantly designed hardwood frame with high-quality imported or Indian hardware fittings. Internal doors are seasoned hardwood frames with flush doors. Windows are branded UPVC, powder-coated and galvanized, with toughened glass. Electrical wiring is all-copper FR grade with modular switches from Legrand, Honeywell, Havells, or equivalent. Internal wall finish is cement plaster with putty, and external walls use texture, paint, glass, or acrylic emulsion paint. All split air-conditioners are Daikin, Hitachi, or equivalent.
