Construction Specifications
The structure is RCC with block work masonry, and internal walls are finished with gypsum plaster and putty for a smooth, clean surface. Flooring throughout living, dining, all bedrooms, kitchen, and balconies uses 4’x2′ branded vitrified tiles, with wood-look finish vitrified tiles in balconies. Kitchen dado is ceramic tiles up to 2 ft above the counter, with a granite slab countertop and stainless steel sink. Toilet flooring is anti-skid 2’x2′ branded tiles, with full ceramic dado tiles on walls.
Main apartment doors use solid or engineered wooden frames with both-side laminated solid core flush doors, and internal doors are flush doors throughout. Windows are fully glazed, powder-coated aluminium with operable and sliding configurations.
Hardware and branded locks are sourced from Godrej, Dorset, Quba, Europa or similar. Electrical wiring is concealed copper of reputed brands such as Havells, RR Kabel, Polycab, or KEI, with modular switches from Havells, Anchor, Schneider, or Legrand. Adequate electrical points are provided in all rooms, with provision for air conditioning in all spaces, chimney or exhaust in kitchen, geyser provision in bathrooms, and an electrical point for a water filter in the kitchen. Sanitary ware and CP fittings are from Jaquar, Kohler, American Standard, or Grohe — brands that define quality in this segment.
Elevators are from Kone, Schindler, Otis, or Johnson.
