Architecture and Design
DTC Downtown is designed by Morphogenesis, one of India’s leading architecture and urban design practices with offices in Mumbai, Bengaluru, and New Delhi and projects spanning 8 countries. The firm has received over 120 national and international awards and has been featured in over 850 publications worldwide. It is the first Indian practice to receive the prestigious Singapore Institute of Architects Getz Award. Their notable work in the region includes Candor TechSpace and ITC InfoTech Campus in Newtown.
The landscape has been conceived by Oracles Landscape, an award-winning Delhi-based firm with a portfolio spanning residential, hospitality, commercial, institutional, and transit-oriented projects including AeroCity Urban Landscape in Delhi, DLF CyberCity in Gurgaon, and Trump Tower in Kolkata.

The Residences
